Register for this one-of-a-kind, advocacy skills development course tailored to practicing law in Canada’s northern communities on Circuit Court. In this immersive, learn-by-doing format, you will have many opportunities to hone your advocacy skills in a supportive learning environment. • Examining a witness in chief and in cross, • Entering exhibits, • Impeaching a witness, • Working with Interpreters, • Examining witnesses appearing by video-link or telephone. The program culminates with the opportunity for you to apply your skills acting as counsel in mock trial.
