Restricted Appearance Certificate (RAC)

Restricted Appearance Certificate (RAC) renewals are now completed and submitted online.

The RAC must be renewed prior to each anniversary of the day it was granted or when the three (3) legal matters have been completed (whichever comes first). For more information please read the RAC Policy.

Required Documents:

  • Insurance Exemption Certificate and Undertaking (if applicable) 
    PDF file for uploading
  • A certificate of good standing from each law society to which the applicant is currently a member
  • Proof of payment (unless employer is paying)
