Membership Renewal

The 2026 membership renewal period opens on December 1, 2025. 
Renewals are to be submitted online and are due on Monday February 2, 2026. Your proof of payment is required and must be uploaded as part of your renewal, unless your employer is paying.

Membership Renewal Required Documents:

  • Insurance Exemption Certificate and Undertaking (if applicable) 
    PDF file for uploading
  • Proof of payment (unless employer is paying)
  • If you are changing your membership status during the renewal period, please review the applicable required documents here
