TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Rule 56 of the Rules of the Law Society of Nunavut, being the failure to fulfill the annual renewal requirements on or before January 31, 2024, the following lawyers have been suspended from membership in the Law Society of Nunavut:

- Hertzberg, Alexander P.C.
- Horkoff, Mitchell J.
- Rice, Andrew S.
