Description:

The Federation of Law Societies of Canada is collaborating with the Canadian Bar Association and Université de Sherbrooke on the first comprehensive national study of the wellness of legal professionals in Canada. Phase I of the study gathered evidence to determine the scope of the issues, distinguish regional differences and explore the causes of substance use and various health outcomes in the profession. The Phase I Research Report was published in October 2022.

In this lunch & learn Zoom session, presenter Brook Greenberg, KC, will present the report’s findings, explain what factors jeopardize or enhance mental wellness, and provide recommendations for a healthy and sustainable practice.
