You can request a Certificate of Standing by emailing the Law Society of Nunavut at membership@lawsociety.nu.ca .
- Payment must be received before processing the Certificate.
- To reduce paper waste, a PDF copy will be emailed to the designated email contact provided to us.
Preferred payment is by EMT to: billing@lawsociety.nu.ca
Other options: Cheque or in-person direct deposit at RBC Branch ( Please ask for details).

For judicial applications, the Law Society of Nunavut issues a Letter of Standing.
